Equalizing Toner

A targeted exfoliating skin toner that helps refresh and restore skin, while ridding skin of excess residue. This face toner is formulated with hydroxy acids to gently exfoliate skin of dead cells, and botanical extracts of witch hazel, rosemary, aloe, and chamomile to soften, soothe, and tone skin.
